The open-plan living area is perfect for gathering after a day at the parks, while the private, screened-in pool offers a refreshing escape right outside your door. This home comfortably sleeps your entire group with thoughtfully arranged bedrooms: - Bedroom 1 (Main Floor): King bed, Smart TV, and a dedicated desk. - Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): King bed with a full en-suite bathroom (tub & shower) and a Smart TV. - Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): A fun-themed room with one Twin and one Double bed, plus a Smart TV. - Bedroom 4 (Upstairs): Another themed room with one Twin and one Double bed and a Smart TV. For our youngest guests, we provide a pack-n-play, a high chair, and an umbrella-style stroller for your convenience. (Please bring your own linens for the pack-n-play). Optional (Extra Charge) - BBQ grill rental: sanitized, delivered with propane, cost is between $91 and $108 for up to one week. - Pool heating: $30+tax/day, has to requested for the complete stay. Heater works through heat exchange and is probable it will not work in cold weather. If you would like to heat the pool during cold weather and it does not reach the set temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.
