– Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited, and law enforcement will be called should a party or gathering is detected. No visitors are allowed.
– At our home, please do not leave the front or back door open because here in Florida the wildlife is very active – and we do our best to keep them out of our house!
– No food or drinks in the bedrooms. If that happens and a replacement of the linens or carpet cleaning is required, the cost will be charged to the guest.
– Please remember to put trash into bags when you take it out. Loose trash will not be collected and you can get a fine from the Resort Administration. The place to deposit your trash bags in the bin outside, the plastic container.
– A/C has a minimum set point and cannot go below 70°F or 21°C. When you leave the front or back doors open for more than 5 minutes the AC automatically stops and resumes operation once the door is again closed.
– You will be provided with shampoo, body wash, and toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, and cleaning supplies enough for your first days. In case you run out of toilet paper rolls or garbage bags, you can get them at any nearby supermarket
– Bath and pool towels are provided for your convenience, to use during your stay. If you like them that much that you decide to take them home, those items will be charged to your deposit at a cost of $20 each.
– Check-in times is anytime after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am. Please let us know your expected arrival and checkout dates and times, so we can adjust accordingly. We will try to work with your schedule, but we have a tight schedule with our cleaning crew who preps the home for you and the next guests.
– If guests delay the cleaners from beginning their cleaning at the predetermined check-out time, guests will be charged $50. This fee is applied to any late checkout between 11 am and 12 pm. Any guest who is still in the location after 12 pm will be charged for an extra night. This does not apply if we have approved a late checkout in advance.
– In case the check out rules are not met, and extra cleaning is required due to excessive dirt, extra garbage, or other similar circumstances, an extra cleaning will be charged against the security deposit.
– Please verify that the front door is completely closed when you leave or enter the townhouse. Press the lock button and turn the knob to the lock position.
– Parking is free. Please park your vehicle in the designated parking spaces
– There is a Check-out procedure in place, details are sent a few days before check-out
– Resort policies mandates that reservation must be done by an adult at least 21 years-old, and that person has to be present during the whole stay.
– Government ID verified is required.
– Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, THC, etc) and Vaping is NOT ALLOWED in our property. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if there is any smoking anywhere due to the need to clean extra well for sensitive guests.
– Propane BBQ grills are permitted, but charcoal and wood grills are prohibited.
– Charging an EV (electric vehicle) by plugging your car into one of the house outlets is strictly forbidden.
