Heater works through heat exchange and is probable it will not work in cold weather. If you would like to heat the pool during cold weather and it does not reach the set temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund. Should the water level drop due to normal use and/or evaporation during your stay, please refill it up to the middle part of the skimmer using the provided hose - Spa shares pool heating with the pool, so it will be at the same temperature as the pool - In order to have warm water in the hot tub, pool heating has to be requested.
