Check-In & Essentials

• Check-in after 4 pm | Check-out by 10 am
• We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash/hand soap, dish detergent and trash bags for your whole stay
• Home is self-catered with starter supplies at check-in, so you don’t have to go shopping to the store upon arrival. Please note that these supplies are not intended to last the entire stay
• Commercial vehicles, RVS, Trailers, Buses, Golf carts, recreational vehicles, or watercraft are not permitted
• Parking allowed in designated spaces only. Cars parked in a tow-away zone or parked on property without permission may be towed at the car owner's expense
• Online purchases: all couriers except USPS deliver to this house
• Additional mid-stay cleaning available upon request

Wildlife & Pest Advisory

• Because Florida is home to abundant wildlife and insects, you may occasionally see animals (such as deer, raccoons, or snakes) and bugs around the property.
• We utilize a professional, monthly pest control service to keep the property treated inside and out. To help us keep the home bug-free during your stay, please keep all exterior doors closed at all times, take out the trash daily, and promptly clean up any food spills. Please note that despite our best efforts, pests can sometimes be accidentally carried inside on luggage or bags.

Important Pool Info

• Pool heating must be requested in advance via shared link. Heater works through heat exchange and is probable it will not work in cold weather. If you would like to heat the pool during cold weather and it does not reach the set temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund. Should the water level drop due to normal use and/or evaporation during your stay, please refill it up to the middle part of the skimmer using the provided hose
• Heated to 87°F, temp may vary based on weather
• Weekly service included; misuse (low water, foreign substances) incurs fee

• BBQ grill rental upon request (delivered sanitized with propane)
  • 3-burner: $80/week + tax, $11.42/day after
  • 4-burner: $95/week + tax, $13.57/day after
