• Upstairs: One spacious primary suite with a King bed and private ensuite bathroom.

• Upstairs: One fun-filled kids' room with a bunk bed and a pull-out trundle bed.

• Private Pool: Fully fenced and screened-in for your privacy and comfort. Pool heating is optional.
• Family-Ready: A Pack-n-play with mattress, high chair, and baby plates are included for your little ones.
• Fully Equipped Kitchen: Features all necessary cookware, a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and other small appliances for your culinary needs.
• Comfort & Convenience: Enjoy Smart TVs, high-speed WiFi, a washer and dryer, iron, and central air conditioning.
• Provided Linens: We supply one set of bath towels per guest, as well as dedicated pool towels.

Optional (Extra Charge)

• BBQ grill rental: sanitized, delivered with propane, cost is between $91 and $108 for up to one week.
• Pool heating: $30+tax/day, has to requested for the complete stay. Heater works through heat exchange and is probable it will not work in cold weather. If you would like to heat the pool during cold weather and it does not reach the set temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

You will have exclusive access to the entire home and its private amenities. As our guest, you also receive complimentary access to the full range of incredible resort facilities at the Storey Lake clubhouse, with a free shuttle service available (tips are appreciated).

Check-In & Essentials

• Check-in after 4 pm | Check-out by 10 am
• We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash/hand soap, dish detergent and trash bags for your whole stay
• Home is self-catered with starter supplies at check-in, so you don’t have to go shopping to the store upon arrival. Please note that these supplies are not intended to last the entire stay
• Commercial vehicles, RVS, Trailers, Buses, Golf carts, recreational vehicles, or watercraft are not permitted
• Parking allowed in designated spaces only. Cars parked in a tow-away zone or parked on property without permission may be towed at the car owner's expense
• Online purchases: all couriers except USPS deliver to this house
• Additional mid-stay cleaning available upon request

Wildlife & Pest Advisory

• Because Florida is home to abundant wildlife and insects, you may occasionally see animals (such as deer, raccoons, or snakes) and bugs around the property.
• We utilize a professional, monthly pest control service to keep the property treated inside and out. To help us keep the home bug-free during your stay, please keep all exterior doors closed at all times, take out the trash daily, and promptly clean up any food spills. Please note that despite our best efforts, pests can sometimes be accidentally carried inside on luggage or bags.
