Heater works through heat exchange and is probable it will not work in cold weather. If you would like to heat the pool during cold weather and it does not reach the set temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund. Should the water level drop due to normal use and/or evaporation during your stay, please refill it up to the middle part of the skimmer using the provided hose - Heated to 87°F, temp may vary based on weather - Water returns through the bottom of the pool, not through the jets, which are not working - Weekly service included; misuse (low water, foreign substances) incurs fee Reach out anytime in English, Spanish, or Portuguese.
